* Warming up
     - Skipping 50 reps
     - Jumping Jacks 50 reps
     - Squat 20 reps
     - Hip Raises 10 reps
     - Arm & Reg Lift Left 10 reps
     - Arm & Reg Lift Right 10 reps
     - Diving Push Ups 10 reps
* Running : 5 x 400m
* Then X : Daily workout Tabata Shoulder Beginner
    Round 1Repetition 1x
     - Burpees 10 x
     - Half Burpees 10 reps
    Round 2 Repetition 4x
     - Pikes push ups 25 Seconds
     - Australian Pull ups 25 Seconds
     - Mountain climbers 25 Seconds
     - Plank Knee to Elbows 25 Seconds
